How we did it.

LiFTT

Real Estate
Sales Center

LiFTT was Vericon Real Estate Ventures' follow-up to the sold-out 43 Park development in Calgary's Renfrew/Bridgeland neighbourhood, a low-rise inner city condominium project on 7th Avenue NE built around the idea of living for tomorrow today. Blair and Co. designed and built the sales centre that launched it, creating a brand environment bold enough to match the project's ambition and sharp enough to convert walk-in traffic into registered buyers from day one.

Vericon came to LiFTT with real momentum. 43 Park had sold over 75 percent of its units before possessions, and the team understood from that experience what a well-executed sales environment could do for a presale project. LiFTT pushed further. The name itself, Live for Tomorrow Today, carried a forward-leaning optimism that needed to be the first thing a buyer felt when they walked through the door, not something they read at the bottom of a brochure. The project introduced F.L.eX. kitchens, a signature design feature combining a gourmet kitchen, entertainment hub, and dining area into a single unified space, along with contemporary finishes and architecture that Vericon described as unlike anything they had built before. The sales centre needed to translate that ambition into a physical environment that made buyers feel they were registering for something worth getting ahead of. The Live Colourfully positioning, the Lift Off registration campaign, and the architectural scale model sitting at the centre of the room were all working together to create a sense of discovery and urgency in equal measure.

Methodology

Blair and Co. developed the LiFTT sales centre as a continuation and elevation of the design language established at 43 Park, while giving LiFTT a distinct visual identity of its own. Where 43 Park led with bold black and white typography rooted in urban graphic tradition, LiFTT introduced colour as a strategic design element, with a geometric diamond pattern in jewel tones anchoring the Live Colourfully brand message across the feature wall. The purple and white palette ran through the interior branding from the registration desk signage to the display panels, giving the space an energy and optimism that matched the product positioning. The architectural scale model of the building, positioned on the central island, was the sales centre’s most powerful conversion tool: a precise, beautifully lit physical representation of exactly what buyers were purchasing, on the actual site, at the actual scale. The Lift Off call to action was used across the registration signage to create a launch moment around the presale opening, reinforcing the idea that early registration was an advantage worth acting on. Every element of the environment was designed to work together as a single brand experience rather than a collection of sales collateral placed in a room.

Process

Blair and Co. worked with Vericon from the initial concept stage through to installation, developing the full interior graphic scheme before any fabrication began. The Live Colourfully identity was established as the visual and tonal anchor for the space, with the geometric diamond motif developed as a flexible graphic system that could carry across wall graphics, display panels, signage, and printed collateral. The feature wall carrying the brand identity was designed at full scale and approved before production, ensuring the proportions and colour relationships worked in the physical space rather than only on screen. The Lift Off registration campaign was developed as an in-space and outward-facing call to action, with signage at the registration desk directing walk-in traffic and generating presale registrations from the first day the centre opened. The architectural model was coordinated with the development team and positioned as the centrepiece of the sales counter, allowing the sales team to walk buyers through the building, the site, and the surrounding neighbourhood in a tactile, engaging way that renders and floor plans alone cannot replicate. All graphic elements were produced to fabrication specification and installed as a coordinated suite.

Outcome

The LiFTT sales centre launched the presale campaign for Vericon’s most ambitious inner city project to date, building on the brand credibility established at 43 Park and introducing a distinct visual identity that gave LiFTT its own character in the Bridgeland/Renfrew market. The Live Colourfully positioning and Lift Off registration campaign gave the sales team a clear, energetic message to lead with in every buyer conversation. The combination of the architectural scale model, the feature wall identity, and the registration-focused interior environment created the conditions for strong early presale uptake from buyers who had been watching the neighbourhood develop and were ready to commit to the right project.
