With over 20 years of marketing experience, Steve began his career in 2001 as an Account Coordinator.

He quickly worked his way up to Account Director and, in 2011, started Blair & Co. Advertising Inc. Over the years, Steve has executed marketing and research for land developers, as well as single and multi-family new home builders.

Jesse works alongside Steve on servicing and managing accounts, and received his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and business.

He brings creativity and a fresh perspective to client management with new marketing ideas and strategies. He works on managing client budgets, media planning, and agency workflow.

Luis graduated with a Bachelor in Advertising graduated from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University (Colombia).

For the past 17 years, Luis has served as either a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and Art Director with many worldwide agencies including GREY, MULLEN LOWE/MASS, PROXIMITY BBDO, McCANN ERICKSON and TORO. He has been Blair and Company’s Art Director since November of 2019.
