I am extremely thankful to have worked and employed some of the hardest working, most talented and caring people in the business through both employee and contractor relationships
He quickly worked his way up to Account Director and, in 2011, started Blair & Co. Advertising Inc. Over the years, Steve has executed marketing and research for land many real estate companies, professionals, small business and startups.
He brings creativity and a fresh perspective to client management with new marketing ideas and strategies. He works on managing client budgets, media planning, and agency workflow.

Through all the ups and downs that come with running a business in Alberta – we take great pride in our resilience, adaptability and determination.
2011
Where it all began. In a cozy little home located in Bridgeland, this is where Blair & Co. took it’s first steps. We had big dreams of a fancy office, nice cars, and big teams. We wanted prove to everyone we could do it.
2013
After quickly growing out Steve’s home office in Bridgeland, the company was re-located to Currie Barracks to provide room for the team to grow into something bigger. We added some great team members and clients.
2016
After gaining traction and setting our sites on becoming bigger the election happened and Calgary's economy hit the wall. Four years later - COVID hit. We adjusted team sizes to match our changing market and tried to stay positive.
2023
After COVID and our lease ended, we made the decision adjust to our market. Calgary has went from having over 8 agencies that specialized in Real Estate marketing to only 1 or 2. We needed to explore other marketing specialties and use the money we saved on our OH to invest into our client work.
