The project moved through four distinct phases. Discovery began with a structured briefing session covering the business, the audience, the competitive landscape, and the content requirements for each page. From that session we produced a full sitemap and content outline before any design began. Design and content development ran in parallel — wireframes were reviewed and approved before the visual layer was applied, ensuring layout decisions were driven by content rather than aesthetics. The property listing architecture was built as a custom post type structure, allowing each property to carry its own featured image, availability status, location, and detail page without manual page builds for each one. Development was completed in WordPress with full mobile optimization, page speed tuning, and on-page SEO configuration through Rank Math across all primary pages. The final phase included a full handoff session with the Northern team covering content management, property listing updates, and basic SEO maintenance.
