Questions clients ask before they hire us to brand.

Depends on your industry, average deal size, and conversion rate. As a rough rule, B2B services with $5K to $50K deal sizes start at $3K to $5K per month and scale up. Local services (contractors, dentists, lawyers) can do meaningful work at $1.5K to $3K per month. Ecommerce typically needs $5K minimum to gather enough data to optimize. We will give you a defensible budget recommendation in the first 30 minutes of a scoping call, before you commit to anything.
Refresh if your brand still represents who you are but looks dated. Rebrand if your audience, offer, or positioning has changed enough that the current brand is actively misleading. Most companies who think they need a rebrand actually need a refresh, and most who think they need a refresh actually need a rebrand. We will tell you the truth in the first call before either of us commits.
Strategy first. We do not generate name lists in week one. We start with positioning, audience, and competitive landscape. Names are tested against trademark databases, URL availability, and pronunciation. Each finalist comes with a rationale you can defend to a board, an investor, or your own team. Naming projects typically run 3 to 5 weeks.
Brand Sprint: 4 weeks. Branding Launch: 6 weeks. Full Rebrand: 10 to 14 weeks. Naming-only: 3 to 5 weeks. We commit to a timeline at kickoff. Brand work that drags past 12 weeks usually means scope grew beyond the original brief, which we manage explicitly rather than letting it happen quietly.
