Cherish had a great product, happy customers, and a bounce rate pushing 90 percent. The problem was not the business. It was that the wrong people were landing on the website because the targeting was too broad, the brand was not communicating what made Cherish genuinely different, and the sales funnel had four identifiable points where customers were going dark without explanation. Blair and Co. did a full 360-degree strategic review covering brand positioning, competitive analysis, custom buyer segmentation, sales funnel mapping, and brand identity development. Eight custom audience segments were built specifically for the Cherish purchase context, from new moms needing organization to estate homeowners who want it done yesterday. Two segments were identified to exclude entirely to stop burning budget on buyers who would never convert. The sales funnel was mapped end to end with specific actions assigned to address every go-dark point. And the brand was given the clarity and focus it needed to communicate the thing Cherish had always delivered but never quite said out loud: an effortless, personalized experience from the first call to the finished closet.
