Blair and Co. produced a full consumer analysis and custom segmentation study for the Calgary lighting retailer, mapping the demographic landscape, profiling the competition, and building a library of more than 80 named audience segments with geographic targeting maps, persona narratives, and channel recommendations for each. The work identified two market opportunities, new Canadians and commercial space buyers, that none of Signature's three main competitors were speaking to, and gave the brand a precise, evidence-based targeting framework to build every campaign from.
