LiFTT’s sales center was designed to create an immersive first impression for prospective buyers exploring modern apartment living in Calgary. Built around a detailed architectural scale model, the space was carefully planned to help visitors visualize the development, understand the surrounding community, and experience the overall vision of the project before construction completion.

The sales center combines clean contemporary design, interactive presentation elements, and lifestyle-focused branding to support the apartment sales process from initial discovery through final purchase decisions. From the moment visitors enter the space, the environment reinforces LiFTT’s identity as a modern urban residential development focused on connectivity, design, and attainable city living in Calgary’s evolving inner-city market.

At the center of the experience is the large-format physical model, allowing buyers to explore building massing, suite orientation, streetscape integration, amenity spaces, and pedestrian access in a highly visual and engaging way. Supporting graphics, branded environmental signage, presentation displays, and interior finishes were all developed to create a cohesive sales environment that reflects the architecture and lifestyle of the project itself.
